  • Returns Or Exchanges Will Only Be Accepted In The Extreme Conditions Such As-

    • The Product Is Clearly Damage/ Defective

    • Received Wrong Product

    • Not To Be Use After Refund Customer 

    • The Product Received Doesn’t Match The Images In Terms Of Design As Seen On Website.

  • The Photos Of All Products Are Taken Under Neutral Lighting Conditions, And We Make The Best Possible effort to produce The Exact Saree Color. Sometimes The Colors May Look Different Due To The Temperature Of Your Monitor and/or device Settings.

  • Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to within 24 hours of receiving your Shipment With Corresponding images Of The Defect if Any.

  •  The Exchange Facility Shall Only Be Provided Once And For All. Repetitive Exchange Request Shall not be entertained

  • Saree can not be exchanged if fall Pico is Done Or Blouse is Detached.

  • Any Customized item Cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open The Package.
